Acting pursuant to Art. 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on the protection of data) (Journal of Laws UE L 119 of 2016, pp. 1-88), hereinafter referred to as the GDPR, it is hereby informed that:

2. The Company has appointed a Data Protection Officer, a person responsible for the correct processing of personal data by the Company.

3. Your personal data has been collected (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR) in order to:
a) conclusion and proper performance of the contract / service or in order to take action before its performance or conclusion,
b) securing and pursuing any claims related to the contract concluded with you or the services provided
c) fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator,
d) the legitimate interest of the Administrator.

4. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to achieve the goals (point 3). Failure to provide this data will prevent their implementation.

5. The recipients of your personal data are:
a) entities authorized to obtain personal data (persons authorized by the administrator) who, in order to perform their duties, must have access to personal data
b) entities involved in the execution of the order with which contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data have been signed to the extent necessary to perform the contract or service.

6.Your personal data processed will be stored for the period required by law, including the period of the Agreement and for the period in which the company will pursue the goals resulting from the legitimate interests of the Data Administrator, including the period of commercial cooperation, and after its completion until the claims are time-barred, or for the period required by separate regulations or the contract.

7. I would like to kindly inform you that you have the right to:
a) to request access to their Personal Data, including the right to obtain a copy of this data and to rectify it;
b) to limit the processing of its data in situations or to remove them;
c) to transfer Personal Data;
d) to withdraw at any time consent to the processing of its Personal Data;
e) to object at any time to the processing of their Personal Data;
f) the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of personal data by the Administrator to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (address: ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).

8. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, based on the personal data provided by you

9.Your data subject has the right to request the administrator to immediately delete his personal data, and the administrator undertakes to delete personal data without undue delay, if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed, or if another of the circumstances indicated in art. 17 sec. 1 GDPR.
